The resort is located in 5600 sq. ft. plot near light house, 200 meters away from Kovalam beach. The resort includes five double bedrooms and two apartments with the beautiful view of sea and free Wi-Fi. All five doubles bedrooms are furnished with king sized bed, attached bathroom, sea view balcony, sofa, cupboard, refrigerator and free toiletries. We also provide kettle and extra bed facility on request. Compliment breakfast is included in room rent.
Two apartments are located in first two floors of the resort, each furnished with attached bathroom, one king size bed and a single bed. Kitchen, utensils, refrigerator, dining table, sofa are all part of the apartment.

Now we undertaken the ownership, possession and management of the resort and renamed as "Lagoona Beach Resort" and renovated with its originality, keeping it in the finest standard legacy,tradition and heritages as before.Located on the bank of the sea and lagoona with Crawling coconut trees. You can see the lullaby, rythm and rheum of lagoon. Sea view rooms are fabulous with terrace to watch the sun go down. The Resort is well designed and well decorated. Clean rooms with a terrace to sit in front of your room and enjoy a perfect cup of tea.

Kovalam first received attention when the Regent Maharani Sethu Lakshmi Bayi of Travancore constructed her beach resort, Halcyon, here towards the end of the 1920s. Thereafter the place was brought to the public eye by her nephew the Maharaja of Travancore. The European guests of the then Travancore kingdom discovered the potentiality of Kovalam beach as a tourist destination in the 1930s. However, Kovalam shot into limelight in the early seventies with arrivals of the masses of hippies on their way to Ceylon in the Hippie Trail. This exodus started the transformation of a casual fishing village of Kerala into one of the most important tourist destinations in all India
